It starts with a free teardown
I join your list, browse, start checkout and leave. For 72 hours I log every email you send me, and the ones you don't. Then I record a short video walkthrough.
I design, write and build the automated Klaviyo emails that bring shoppers back: welcome series, abandoned checkout, reorder reminders. Built for brands people run out of and buy again.
Every flow is written in your brand's voice, built in your Klaviyo account, and switched on only after you've approved it.

Three founding flows first, the rest when you're ready.
Copy arrives in a Google Doc. Comment, edit, approve on your time.
Measured in your own Klaviyo, not my screenshots.
You add me as a user. You can remove me any time.
No calls required. Everything runs through email and a shared doc.
Which flows I'll build, the terms in plain words, and dates. Nothing starts until you say yes.
You add me to Klaviyo. A week later every email is in a Google Doc for you to edit or approve.
I build and test on real phones and send you test emails. Flows go live after your OK; a report follows at 30 days.
The founding offer costs nothing unless Klaviyo credits the flows with $1,500 in revenue.
For brands already on Klaviyo. You pay $500 only if Klaviyo attributes $1,500+ to these flows in the 30 days after the last one goes live.
Not a revenue guarantee. Terms go in a one-page agreement. In return: honest feedback and permission to share results, which you see first. I'll always say the work was free.
All six flows, written and built for your store.
Ongoing care for your flows, plus campaigns.
Regulars by Stalls is a one-person studio. You work with me directly, with no account managers and no handoffs, and I reply within one business day.
I'm new, so you won't find reviews here yet. What you can hold me to: every flow is built and tested on my own Shopify store first, results come from your own Klaviyo dashboard, and nothing goes live until you've seen it.
Stalls · Founder, Regulars by StallsOnly the flows I build. If you already run one, I note what it made in the 30 days before, pause it when mine goes live so customers don't get both, and show the two side by side.

Attributed revenue can include some orders that would have happened anyway.
For a founding spot, yes. If you're on Shopify Email or Mailchimp, I can quote the move to Klaviyo separately.
No. Email and a shared Google Doc are enough. If you'd like a call, I'm happy to.
You do. Founding brands keep everything from the day it goes live. Paid builds transfer to you once paid.
Send your store link. I'll shop it like a customer and send you a short video of everything that arrives, and everything that doesn't. Already got one from me? Just reply to that email.
